2019 RLDC 7: Regional Leadership Development Conference

SHPE Regional Leadership Development Conferences (RLDCs) empower undergraduate and graduate students as well as professional members to realize their fullest potential. The training equips them to lead in their chapters and at work. Guided by experienced leaders, RLDC participants are fully inspired to impact the community through STEM.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY

If you are no longer able to attend RLDC, you may transfer your registration to another classmate or colleague. The deadline for registration ticket transfers is March 22, 2019. After March 22, 2019, no substitutions will be accommodated. Registration ticket transfers without lodging requests need to be received in writing no later than March 22, 2019 to allow time to process the transfer. Please send all transfer requests to registration@shpe.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations on or before March 22, 2019, 50% of the registration will be refunded. For cancellations after March 22, 2019, no refund will be issued. Any request to cancel registration must be submitted via email to registration@shpe.org.

When is the Early Bird cut-off date?

Thursday, February 28, 2019 is the final day for Early Bird ticket rates.

Early Bird has been extended to March 8, 2019.

Are meals included?

Tickets with Lodging include all meals for Friday and Saturday.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?

While you may use one credit card to purchase more than one ticket, you must enter the required information for each individual ticket holder.

What if I am registering as a group ( 5+ registrations) through my University?

Chapters requesting group registrations can follow the link. They will be contacted shortly after submiting the RLDC invoice request form.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

In order to limit registration check-in wait times, please bring your printed ticket and an ID.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is business attire during all conference hours. The RLDC banquet will require cocktail attire.
